Vittorio Sgarbi, sottosegretario ai Beni Culturali, è ufficialmente indagato per furto di beni culturali.

Il fascicolo è stato aperto dalla procura di Imperia ed è collegato a un’altra indagine per espropriazione illecita.

L’indagine è in mano alla procura di Macerata perché il sottosegretario è domiciliato a San Severino Marche. Non è da escludere che l’ipotesi di reato principale potrebbe diventare ancora più pesante con la contestazione della contraffazione, ricettazione di opere d’arte e truffa.

Fra le altre contestazioni di reato è plausibile l’ipotesi che a Sgarbi venga contestata la modifica fatta sulla tela del Manetti relativa alla fiaccola per far sembrare differente il dipinto rubato a Margherita Buzio, proprietaria del castello che un mattino del 2013 si ritrovò a fare i conti con la tela asportata e la cornice originale graffiata.

Sgarbi esponendo la tela nella mostra “I pittori della Luce” da lui curata alla Cavallerizza di Lucca non avrebbe proposto l’originale ma la riproduzione in altissima risoluzione fatta con una scansione a 16k della stessa come dimostrerebbe una foto scattata in quell’occasione che mostrerebbe proprio il difetto di stampa che i titolari del laboratorio G-Lab di Correggio, Samuele e Cristian De Petri, avrebbero lasciato di proposito per rendere riconoscibile l’originale dalla copia.

E se poi l’opera del Manetti già fosse stata venduta e fosse finita all’estero in qualche collezione privata? Lo sviluppo delle indagini permetterà di fare un po’ più di chiarezza sulla vicenda che ha del surreale con il sottosegretario dei beni culturali indagato per furto di beni culturali

Al momento Sgarbi è anche soggetto di un’istruttoria dell’Antitrust che lo sta indagando per conflitto di interessi per le ospitate in televisione fatte durante il mandato in corso di sottosegretario.

Mentre il bombardamento mediatico è tutto incentrato sul caso Ferragni, al momento non ho sentito un telegiornale del servizio pubblico (ma nemmeno di una tv privata a dire il vero) dedicare un mezzo servizio alla questione del caso Sgarbi.
