Il buon connubio fra tradizione e nuove tecnologie riesce a portare in scena le monete del Medagliere del Museo Archeologico Paolo Orsi. Una ad una prendono vita e accompagnano gli spettatori alla scoperta dei miti del passato.

La storia delle monete viene proposta in modo originale, trasportando direttamente i visitatori all’interno delle leggende e delle storie che custodiscono.

Argentovivo: an immersive journey into ancient culture at Palazzo del Vermexio in Ortigia

Palazzo del Vermexio in Ortigia, in the province of Syracuse, awaits you to offer you an immersive experience with the Argentovivo exhibition: an immersive journey into ancient culture, a sui generis exhibition in which the dream world is combined with the real one.

The good combination of tradition and new technologies manages to bring the coins of the medal collection of the Paolo Orsi Archaeological Museum to the stage. One by one they come to life and accompany the spectators to discover the myths of the past.

All-round illusions mix with the tales of nymphs, stories of heroes, gods and mortals.

The history of coins is proposed in an original way, transporting visitors directly into the legends and stories they keep.
