È in scala 1:1 il grande David realizzato con 635mila mattoncini Lego in occasione della nona edizione della manifestazione rassegna ‘Mattoncini a Bergamo’.

La grande costruzione è stata rivelata ieri in anteprima mondiale a ChorusLife, l’innovativo distretto smart di Bergamo.

A realizzare la colossale opera di 5,17 metri, grande quanto l’originale che scolpii secoli or sono, è stato Pierluigi Alberto Cervati in oltre 3mila ore di lavoro.

Il David raggiunge un peso che oltrepassa i 600 chilogrammi ed è candidato a entrare nel Guinnes World Record ma ancora il giudice incaricato deve eseguire tutte le procedure del caso.

Il David in mattoncini Lego sarà visibile al centro della Piazza del Sagittario di ChorusLife ad accesso libero fino a domenica 21 settembre alle ore 19.

Solo due giorni di esposizione dunque per il gigante che tra ieri è stato e potrà essere ammirato da chi si trova in zona.

The David Made of 635,000 Lego Bricks

The 1:1 scale David, made of 635,000 Lego bricks, is being displayed for the ninth edition of the “Mattoncini a Bergamo” event.

The massive construction was unveiled yesterday as a world premiere at ChorusLife, Bergamo’s innovative smart district.

The colossal 5.17-meter work, as large as the original I sculpted centuries ago, was created by Pierluigi Alberto Cervati in over 3,000 hours of work. The David weighs over 600 kilograms and is a candidate for entry into the Guinness World Record, but the judge in charge still has to carry out all the necessary procedures.

The Lego David will be on display in the center of ChorusLife’s Piazza del Sagittario, with free access until Sunday, September 21st at 7:00 PM.

Therefore, the giant will be on display for just two days, and will be admired by those in the area today.
