Tesori dei Faraoni a Roma: mostra prorogata fino al 14 giugno 2026
Grande successo di pubblico per Tesori dei Faraoni, la mostra allestita alle Scuderie del Quirinale di Roma, che resterà aperta fino al 14 giugno 2026. La proroga arriva dopo risultati definiti “straordinari” dagli organizzatori: in soli 90 giorni di apertura sono stati venduti 250.000 biglietti, con oltre 200.000 ingressi effettivi, molti dei quali provenienti da fuori città.
Secondo quanto comunicato dagli organizzatori, l’esposizione ha registrato un flusso costante di visitatori e un gradimento superiore alle previsioni più ottimistiche. Numeri importanti anche per le attività collaterali: oltre 2.000 visite guidate sempre esaurite e 300 laboratori didattici dedicati a scuole e famiglie, pensati per unire apprendimento e coinvolgimento emotivo.
“Siamo commossi e orgogliosi di fronte a questi risultati straordinari – ha dichiarato Fabio Tagliaferri, presidente e AD di Ales S.p.A. – Vedere un flusso così ininterrotto di visitatori ci conferma che la qualità dell’offerta culturale è stata percepita e premiata. Non potevamo ignorare le migliaia di richieste di chi ancora desidera vivere questa esperienza: la proroga è il nostro più sentito ringraziamento al pubblico”.
Un viaggio nell’antico Egitto
Curata da Tarek El Awady, già direttore del Museo Egizio del Cairo, la mostra racconta l’eredità di una civiltà millenaria che continua ad affascinare il mondo contemporaneo. L’esposizione è prodotta da Ales – Arte Lavoro e Servizi del Ministero della Cultura con MondoMostre, in collaborazione con il Supreme Council of Antiquities of Egypt e con la collaborazione scientifica del Museo Egizio di Torino.
Il progetto gode del sostegno di numerosi partner istituzionali e privati, tra cui i main sponsor Intesa Sanpaolo ed Eni, oltre a Cotral, Urban Vision, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane ed EgyptAir.
Il catalogo della mostra
Il catalogo ‘Tesori dei Faraoni’ accompagna il percorso espositivo con un ricco apparato iconografico e contributi scientifici dei principali egittologi coinvolti nel progetto.
Il volume approfondisce i reperti esposti, il contesto storico e religioso dell’antico Egitto e il significato simbolico dei tesori reali, offrendo al lettore uno strumento completo per comprendere la civiltà faraonica e conservare la memoria dell’esperienza in mostra.

Treasures of the Pharaohs in Rome: Exhibition Extended Until June 14, 2026
Treasures of the Pharaohs, the exhibition held at the Scuderie del Quirinale in Rome, has been a resounding success. The exhibition will remain open until June 14, 2026. The extension follows results described by the organizers as “extraordinary”: in just 90 days of opening, 250,000 tickets were sold, with over 200,000 visitors, many of whom came from out of town.
