L’Archivio di Stato di Napoli è stato adoperato come location per un banchetto di matrimonio e le foto così come i video che stanno girando in rete in queste ore sono testimoniano quanto accaduto.

Il deputato Francesco Emilio Borrelli ha pubblicato su Instagram un reel in cui si vedono 300 invitati accalcarsi tra la Sala Catasti e la Sala Filandieri con bicchieri in mano.

Immagini dei fastosi allestimenti del ricevimento sono state pubblicate dalla pagina Facebook Emergenza Cultura e lasciano poco spazio all’immaginazione. Si vedono anche i tubi adoperati per creare atmosfere suggestive con il fumo artificiale.

I preziosi documenti contenuti nell’Archivio di Stato di Napoli sono stati sottoposti a notevole incremento di umidità con un afflusso simile di persone, affumicati con prodotti non proprio benefici per la loro conservazione e messi a repentaglio dalla presenza di acqua e alcolici.

Anche il ciclo di affreschi cinquecenteschi presenti nel chiostro probabilmente poco hanno giovato di queste condizioni ambientali non proprio favorevoli alla loro conservazione.

I fatti sono stati oggetto di una denuncia da parte dei sindacati CGIL FP, CISL FP, CONFSALN e UNSA UILPA.

In una nota congiunta i sindacati riportano che: “Gli spazi, in particolare il chiostro del Platano, sono risultati insufficienti all’accoglimento di tutti gli invitati che si sono accalcati nei due bracci del chiostro, mettendo a repentaglio il ciclo pittorico Cinquecentesco ivi presente.

La wedding planner prevedeva diffusione di fumo artificiale per creare atmosfera così come richiesto dallo sposo. Tale diffusione di fumo ha fatto sì che i rilevatori antifumo scattassero continuamente comportando un continuo intervento dei colleghi in conto terzi.

Il chiostro del Platano è stato il luogo del taglio della torta: su un prato, interdetto ai più durante le ordinarie attività di lavoro, si è ritenuto opportuno effettuare il taglio della torta nunziale con tanto di fuochi d’artificio”.

Il Paese dell’assurdo.

Come mai la Sovrintendenza ha dato l’autorizzazione a un evento simile in un contesto così delicato? E’ quello che mi domando io e che si domandano in molti in queste ore.

Even the pictorial cycle of 16th-century frescoes in the cloister probably benefited little from these environmental conditions that were not exactly favorable to their conservation.

In a joint note, the unions cited above reported that: “The spaces, in particular the Platano cloister, were insufficient to accommodate all the guests who crowded into the two arms of the cloister, jeopardizing the 16th-century pictorial cycle present there.

The wedding planner planned to spread artificial smoke to create atmosphere as requested by the groom. This spread of smoke caused the smoke detectors to go off continuously, requiring continuous intervention by colleagues on behalf of third parties. The Platano cloister was the place where the cake was cut: on a lawn, off-limits to most during ordinary work activities, it was deemed appropriate to cut the wedding cake complete with fireworks”.

The Country of the Absurd.
