Da oggi per poter utilizzare l’immagine del David a scopo di lucro bisogna pagare.
I giudici hanno riconosciuto l’esistenza del diritto all’immagine dei beni culturali quasi come se l’arte non fosse patrimonio di tutti.
Sarà così necessario pagare un canone per usare l’immagine e non potrà più essere svilita o mortificata con utilizzi che non ne rispettino “l’alto valore simbolico e identitario”.
Sul punto dello svilimento sono d’accordo.
Però ecco, mi piacerebbe sapere se il magnete con sedere del David o il set di gomme con la faccia e le chiappe della scultura, la borraccia con il David sopra e ammennicoli vari come il sapone con l’occhio del colosso a questo punto rispettino o meno “l’alto valore simbolico e identitario” del David.
