“Ma quando esce il film di Konchalovsky?” E’ una domanda che mi vien fatta sempre più spesso. E’ passato oramai più di un anno da quando il regista ha fermato le riprese e il montaggio è stato completato da tempo.

Premesso che non ho la sfera di cristallo e che la mia è un’ipotesi, ho come il sentore che verrà presentato alla 76° Mostra Internazionale d’Arte Cinematografica di Venezia. Cosa me lo fa supporre? Alcuni indizi non trascurabili.

Andrej Konchalovsky ha un legame storico con Venezia: tre leoni d’argento e sette nomination per la miglior regia di altrettanti film. Un curriculum di tutto rispetto per non parlare degli altri concorsi cinematografici come Cannes o Berlino.

Oggi Putin ha consegnato a Papa Francesco di una copia del libro del fotografo Sasha Gusov con gli scatti fatti sul set e udite udite il regalo del DVD “Il Peccato”. Sorpresi? Io un pochetto si…

Non temete, “Il Peccato, una visione” di Konchalovsky sta per andare nelle sale. Dopo la presentazione a Venezia probabilmente uscirà nelle sale a ottobre o giù di lì. E’ questione di poco.

“But when does Konchalovsky’s film come out?” It’s a question that you ask me more and more often. It’s been over a year since the director stopped filming and the editing was completed a long time ago.
